Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of ChowHop! By using the site, you agree to them.

What ChowHop! is
ChowHop! is a free guide to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and quick bites near Metro-North stations. It is an independent directory: we are not affiliated with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority or Metro-North Railroad, and we are not affiliated with the businesses listed.
Accuracy of information
Walk times, distances, ratings, and hours are estimates compiled from public sources and can change without notice. A restaurant may have closed, moved, or changed its menu since we last updated the catalog. Always confirm details with the business before you travel, and please do not rely on ChowHop! when catching a specific train.
Acceptable use
Use the site for personal, non-commercial discovery. Do not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content through the contact form. We may suspend access for misuse.
Suggestions you send us
If you send us a restaurant suggestion or correction, you agree that we may use it to improve the directory without obligation to you.
No warranty
ChowHop! is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including a missed train, a disappointing meal, or a closed business.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date above shows the latest revision. Questions? Get in touch.
